We’ve always pushed our urgent casting calls, blogs and new releases on our Facebook and Instagram. But for those that don’t check their social media often, we’ve also launched our own WhatsApp Channel.
WhatsApp Channels only contain posts from the last 30 days, so you’ll only see relevant updates.
You can follow the Extra People channel on WhatsApp by clicking the link below:
When you open WhatsApp on your phone, you can find Channels by clicking “Updates” on the bottom navigation bar.
From here, you’ll see all the channels you’re subscribed to.
WhatsApp channels enable followers to easily react and forward on posts, which makes it an ideal platform to share urgent casting calls, new blogs and hold polls to gauge artist opinion on relevant topics.
Notifications are turned off by default when you first join the channel, so be sure to click the bell icon on the top right to make sure that you never miss one of our updates.
Open the channel, and click the Notification bell.
🔕 means notifications are turned off. Click to turn them on.
🔔 means notifications are turned on. You can click again to turn them off.
You can also go to the channel info page, and adjust your preference to turn on or off your notifications.
