PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description

We are hiring a project manager with at least two years experience working in Film & TV, ideally including casting.

We recognise this experience may come from working with a competitor agency - therefore we are happy to consider those with non-compete periods and to discuss a start date and any financial gaps.

This is a job that demands a very high attention to detail, requiring task-prioritisation, document cross-referencing, list-checking and an alert reactivity to rapidly-changing details. Someone with an adaptable and responsive work ethic with quick-fire working memory will flourish.

This job also gives you creative expression, casting faces for many different worlds, including fantasy, space, period, modern and more, with the satisfaction to see your work on the big and small screen!

You will be given the freedom and trust to work with our clients, servicing their productions needs all whilst continuing our high reputation and standard.

Current employees who have worked at other agencies say they did not know how much easier this job could be until joining Extra People!

This Project Manager will:

  • Work on the largest Film & TV productions in the UK

  • Use their casting-eye to build casting lists and lookbooks to present to clients

  • Write availability enquiries to our supporting artists

  • Quickly respond to the demands and questions of our clients

  • Complete administrative tasks vital to the functioning of the agency

  • Be paid an excellent salary with individual and team bonus

What we’re looking for

  • A good casting eye

  • An excellent attention to detail

  • Good writing skills

  • A great team player comfortable working in groups

  • Agency or on-set experience beneficial, but not required

  • Keen understanding of the Film and TV industry

  • Understanding of Google Docs & Sheets

  • Proximity to Shepperton, Surrey is a must

  • Our office has a few furry friends - all applicants must be comfortable around dogs

The role necessitates in-person teamwork and as such doesn’t allow for remote-working from home.
Free parking available.
Free studio shuttle to and from Staines train station.
