Tom launched the company back in 2009 and has experienced huge growth and change throughout the industry. Being the first agency to offer a chitless process; he helped spearhead the technical evolution and in turn develop one of the most extensive book of contacts within the industry.
Tom is often looking for innovative ways to streamline the ever demanding production process, but believes ultimately that talented AD’s and bookers are what everything relies upon. Experience to predict things, knowledge to perform, supported by great office culture and fantastic supporting artists.
He is also co-owner of Take 3, the specialist talent agency, dedicated to showcasing dancers and skilled performers on the highest stage.
Married, with three daughters, he believes in nurturing a world where his daughters can grow up and have a positive impact.
