The Martian asked us to help supply people for CGI Additional Photography added into the final 3rd of the movie involving crowds for UK scenes and USA scenes.

Pioneering new technology in the revamp of Guitar Hero we provided over 2000 different artistes all suitable for different genres of concerts.

Schedules were very tight with some songs only being licensed a few days before filming, so we sometimes were being asked to find 200 people within 48

We did it.

Marvel Star, Hayley Atwell stars in this ITV drama that spanned 3 decades in the search for a killer.

We supplied background all appropriate for 3 separate decades filming in and around Brixton. Working to a tight schedule up to date and accurate measurements all meant filming was able to go smoothly.

Filming took place down on the South Coast around Folkestone, Dover and Sandwich where no agency had a database in the area.

Our client came to us with 2 weeks prep time in which we created a database of 2000 people for series 1 which was 10x 60 minute episodes. From riot police, Old Peoples home being evacuated to city centres being on lockdown, the requirements were vast and wide.

We also completed series 2 in the Spring and Summer of 2015 and hope for a 3rd series.

This was an example of when a client comes to us asking for something we might not already be set up for...we will always go the extra mile to help and come through for them.

Dancing on the Edge utilised our existing Midlands database as well as requiring us to find ball room dancers for large period scenes of over a hundred people dancing together.

We went out to local dance halls, classes and more and found professional and amateur dancers who all took part.

We also found 'Dowagers' Old ladys with long hair below their shoulders - something that proved very hard but we managed to do it!

River is an exciting BBC drama where we were asked to find French and Indian speaking people in their 70's who could get to set for 0600 in East London. 

Starring 50 Shades of Grey lead, Jamie Dornan, set in New America but filmed in Bristol...we had to find Native Americans willing to shave their heads!

People travelled down from all over the country and did it. The results were some impressive stuff!

Filmed in Manchester and Liverpool, we registered artistes from all over who could work on this period drama. 

Measurements were key as costumes were limited and having to be re-used. Fresh faces were always required so the database kept expanding. Our success on the project has led to the North West becoming a lot more focused. We now have over 1500 people in the area ready and registered.

Drama Reconstruction of the plane crash landing on the Hudson River, New York. Involved in casting a planes worth of background who worked for 3 weeks filming in a water tank. 

An example of not just needing background, we needed background to literally get wet and dirty...all day long. Filmed at Black Hanger studios near Basingstoke, we sourced locals and it was a great success.

BBC Drama, By Any Means - filmed in Birmingham. We supplied artistes for this hustle type production - bank heists and embassy break-in's! One highlight was supplying people for a Columbian Embassy party in Birmingham!

With Helena Bonham Carter, the true story of chef Nigel Slaters childhood. Spanning multiple periods we supplied background for the 60's & 70's in Birmingham

The far out and wonderful Utopia for c4. Background supplied in Birmingham and Leeds

Story with Asa Butterfield. Our client filmed in Cambridge and needed background for the university, and an international spelling contest. We got out and street cast young and international looking people and got people who had never worked on set before.

Filmed in South London, this show really got the background involved. With big music scenes, we needed background up for getting involved and jumping around. The results were a great E4 show.

Filmed in the delightful Margate, we got to finally visit where our grandparents had talked about for years. Using the database we created for The Tunnel, we managed to exclusivley supply all those seaside shots. Lots of fish and chips were had on this shoot!
