To support the safety guidelines that have been set out we have taken additional measures that will be able to help your production. Being such a digital agency means digital consent and health declarations have been an easy implementation for us. Using POP technology we have been able to implement the following measures to help your production get back on track and run smoothly
Ability to search, locate and hire supporting artists from the same households.
Limit the number of people coming on set using public transport and find artists who drive and own their own vehicles.
Capture health checks and fit to work results (including recording temperatures on chitless system).
Send safety protocol videos & documents to all artists (Including tracking who has viewed video training and when to ensure artists are compliant)
Easily gather all the artists worked on a project in a list and send them a message in case of protocol change or emergency - a track and trace system.
Ability to sign in and wrap artists offline in the event you are working on location.
Limit use of paper and physical interaction by eradicating paper chits, release forms and NDAs.
Production accounts can access figures and hot costs remotely - as before!
